After the grounding device is installed, the exposed part of the grounding device should be visually inspected and measured, including:


(1) Check the material of the grounding device to see if it is selected according to the design requirements, and focus on checking whether the current carrying capacity of the grounding wire is sufficient.


(2) Check whether the connection of the grounding body, the grounding first wire, and the grounding branch line is handled according to the design requirements.


(3) Check each connection point of the grounding device one by one to see if there is any missing connection, wrong connection, false welding or looseness, and measures should be taken to deal with abnormal situations.


(4) Check that the grounding wire is exposed to meet the safety and wiring requirements.


(5) Check the soil around the grounding body, the soil should be compacted.


(6) Measure grounding resistance according to technical requirements, and its value should be within the specified allowable range. If the target is exceeded, the reasons must be analyzed and measures shall be taken to solve the problem, and the standard cannot be lowered arbitrarily.


Periodic inspection: The grounding device w during operation should be inspected regularly. The main contents are:


The grounding resistance is measured once half a year or a year, and it is found that the grounding resistance has increased in time and should not be used reluctantly. Zhengchang inspects the connection of the grounding device and the support point of the grounding wire once a year. If there is any looseness or open welding, it should be repaired in time.


Maintenance of common faults: the newly installed grounding device or the grounding device installed after the equipment is repaired, should be checked according to the designed wiring diagram. If there is any missing or wrong connection, it should be corrected; the hidden danger found in the regular inspection should be timely Treatment. The welded joints should be re-welded if there is corrosion or desoldering, and the screws at the joint should be tightened. Anti-vibration pads should be added to the screw connections in a vibrating environment.


If the grounding resistance value increases during detection, check the connection between the grounding body and the grounding wire, and the connection between the grounding T line and the grounding branch line. Poor contact is one of the reasons for the increase in grounding resistance. At the same time, check the grounding body. The corrosion of the grounding body often causes the grounding resistance to increase, and the seriously rusted grounding body should be replaced.
